My Story

I was doing everything right and still felt stuck.

Two years ago I was pre-diabetic, exhausted, and honestly — done trying. I'd tried every approach and nothing stuck. Then I asked myself one honest question: did I want to stay uncomfortable, or was I willing to try something that had already been helping people for 40 years?

I booked the appointment. I started. And I lost 40 pounds. It wasn't a perfect journey — life brought hard seasons, including losing my mom — and I gained some of it back. But I started again. And I'm still here, still going.

The energy I got back? I poured it into my family, my homeschool, and eventually into building income doing what I already loved. That's the full journey I want to walk you through.
